What we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
  • Session preferences (type, preferred date, contribution capacity notes, message text)
  • Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
  • Records needed for invoicing and refund handling

We do not ask for exchange passwords, seed phrases, or private keys. Do not send them.

Why we process data

  • Respond to session requests and schedule appointments
  • Deliver written plans and clarification emails
  • Issue invoices and process refunds where applicable
  • Improve site content when analytics consent is given
  • Meet legal and accounting obligations in Hong Kong

We process enquiry and booking data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform a confirmed engagement. Analytics cookies run only with consent. We may retain invoices under legal obligation.

Retention

  • Unsuccessful enquiries: up to 12 months
  • Client session files: up to 7 years for accounting and dispute context, unless a longer period is required by law
  • Analytics data: per cookie lifetimes described on the cookies page

Sharing

We use service providers who host email, accounting, or website infrastructure under contracts that limit their use of your data. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Hong Kong law or competent authorities.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside Hong Kong, we take steps appropriate to the transfer, such as contractual safeguards, and will identify major providers on request.

Your rights

Subject to Hong Kong personal data principles, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time via browser controls and by clearing the site’s stored preference. Security

We use access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS) for this site. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use unique passwords on your own accounts and never share custody credentials with us.

Children

Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
