Refunds and cancellations

This policy applies to human planning sessions, contribution reviews, and fee walkthroughs booked with Digital Ecosys Digital. It does not cover exchange trading fees, network costs, or any separate Microsoft Store calculator listing.
Eligibility overview

| Cancel 2–4 business days before session | 50% of session fee refundable; remainder retained for preparation already started |
| Cancel less than 2 business days before, or no-show | No refund of deposit or prepaid balance |
| We cancel or cannot deliver | Full refund of amounts paid for that booking |
| Written plan already delivered | No refund for completed deliverable; unused future sessions remain eligible under timing rules above |
Deposits
A deposit holds your diary slot. Deposits are refundable only under the timing rules in the table. Changing the session type after preparation has begun may adjust the fee; we confirm any difference in writing before the appointment.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 3 business days before the original slot, subject to availability. Later reschedules are treated as cancellations for deposit purposes unless we waive the rule in writing.
Work already started
After we send preparation materials or begin drafting from your questionnaire, partial refunds follow the 2–4 day row even if you cancel earlier than five days, because labour has begun. We will state when preparation has started in email.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank transfers in HKD may take additional clearing time depending on your bank.
Non-refundable items
- Completed clarification email support windows that have expired
- Third-party costs you incurred (exchange fees, travel to Central)
- Optional calculator software obtained outside this engagement
How to request a refund
Email info@digital-ecosys.digital with your booking reference, session date, and reason. We confirm the calculation before transferring funds.
Exceptions
If illness or documented emergency prevents attendance, contact us as soon as possible; we may offer a reschedule outside the standard table at our discretion. This does not create an automatic full refund.
