Services described

We provide human-delivered planning work related to crypto dollar-cost averaging schedules and calculator scenarios. Descriptions on this site are informational. A confirmed booking email and invoice define the specific engagement.

Not investment advice

Nothing on this site or in a session constitutes regulated investment advice, an offer to buy or sell any asset, or a recommendation to use a particular exchange. You decide whether to follow any schedule we help you design.

Bookings and payments

Session fees are quoted before confirmation. A deposit may be required to hold a diary slot. Payment instructions appear on the invoice. This website does not process card payments or checkout.

Intellectual property

Site copy, planning templates, and written plans we deliver remain our intellectual property until paid in full; after payment, you may use your personal plan for private purposes. You may not resell our templates or republish site content without written consent.

Client materials

Questionnaires and contribution histories you share remain your information. We use them only to deliver the booked session and related follow-up described at booking.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, we are not liable for trading losses, exchange failures, market movements, or decisions you make after a session. Our aggregate liability for a given booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking.

Website availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
